Fully Fit Club

The 9 Week Program

We have created a club within the “KG” Gym. A program that runs four times a year within your school terms. A program that focuses and targets any specific needs that you may have.

You may consider this program if:

  • You need to lose some weight
  • You are a diabetic
  • You wish to target fitness for sports reasons
  • You want to learn more about your mind / body, nutrition + health + fitness

We will have people on hand throughout the program to share information on nutrition, self esteem and fitness.

A small class (maximum 15 people) ensures attention to individual needs.

9 weeks program – 1.5 hours each session
