CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • IKI Program is a danced based martial arts program, which combines gross motor sports skills, with coordination, dance, music & rythym. A qualified instructor leads & is supported by a DVD based animated character on a large screen TV. Iki is suitable for all ages from 1 – 100 years & all fitness levels. A great, easy to follow & fun workout for all.
  • Parents & Bubs (1 – 3 yrs) & (3 – 5yrs) An age & ability / developmental level circuit based program focusing motor skills, balance & coordination. A fun program where parents interact with their child in a playful and educational environment.
  • Kids on Machines (5 – 12 yrs)  A fun and unique, interactive, equipment based program in a structured setting designed to assist children to perform functional motor activities in the form of games, while respecting the child’s creativity and always with full safety.  Great for posture, strength, flexibility, balance & coordination.
  • Belly Dance (All ages)  Acclaimed for its benefits on both physical & emotional levels, Belly Dance teaches you to feel good in your own skin, reclaim your sensuality, open your heart & remember your spirit, whilst getting fit, improving posture & self esteem & having fun.
  • ABT  Abs, Butts & Thighs – our old favourite. A cardio-based warm-up followed by a blasting of “the bits.” Suitable for all fitness levels.
  • Pilates Mind & body connect during a series of exercises performed slowly and controlled focusing on core stability & functional movement. Geared to improve posture, restore balance, align the body, relieve muscular tension & stress by targeting the whole body while utilizing the abdominal and back muscles.  Suitable for all.
  • Yoga  An intelligent nurturing, non-competitive way of bringing all aspects of our lives and ourselves into balance and harmony. Has major therapeutic value and is suitable for people of all ages and physical conditions.

Conditions of Programs

  • All bookings have a one off $50 administration fee, with families (i.e. more than 1 child & / or adult bookings) paying $80 in total.
  • All programs subject to demand & may be changed up to Week 3 of the current term.
  • Bookings & payment required prior to class commencement.
  • Term payments made prior to term commencement receive 1 additional class FREE, i.e. 11 classes for the price of 10.
  • Late arrivals will not be accepted 10 minutes after class commencement.
  • Children not yet attending school (regardless of age) must be accompanied by an adult, who assists the child with the program.
  • Concession cards must be presented at time of booking & payment.
